Mr.
Schlueter’s practice focuses on representation of large and small
business clients assisting them with private placements for start-up
companies to initial public offerings, stock registrations with the SEC,
and mergers and acquisitions. From
1989 to 1991, prior to establishing Schlueter & Associates, P.C., Mr.
Schlueter was a partner in the Denver, Colorado office of Kutak Rock
(formerly Kutak, Rock & Campbell), and from 1984 to 1989; he was a
partner in the Denver office of Nelson & Harding.
From 1978 to 1980 Mr. Schlueter was employed in the Division of
Corporation Finance by the United States Securities and Exchange
Commission (“SEC”). In July 1980, Mr. Schlueter left the SEC and
entered private practice as an associate in the Denver office of Nelson

(1993), Vice Chair, Foreign Investment in the U.S. Subcommittee, ABA
Section on International Law and Practice (1995 to present). Languages: Mr. Maricle is fluent in German. Mr.
Maricle has extensive experience in corporate and international commercial
law. He represents domestic
and foreign clients here and abroad in complex commercial transactions. Mr. Maricle counsels a number of small to medium-sized
high-tech companies interested in expanding their business in Europe as
well as German companies doing business in North America. Mr.
Maricle served as law clerk to the Honorable Richard W. Holmes, Chief
Justice of the Kansas Supreme Court for two years after graduating from
law school. Following his judicial clerkship, Mr. Maricle worked for
the Federation of German Industries in Cologne, Germany, and was
instrumental in organizing an international conference on East-West
tripartite trade deals with developing countries.
Thereafter he worked in the international department of Jauch &
Hübener, Germany's largest insurance brokerage firm, where he counseled
large industrial clients on product liability risks in the United States. While in Germany, he co-authored a study entitled East-West
Co-operation in Third Countries.
Mr. Maricle authored an article entitled Foreign
Trade Zones: An Overview for "The Colorado Lawyer"
(February, 1986) and an article entitled, Advising
Clients in Cross-Border Commercial Transactions for “The Colorado
Lawyer” (May 2000). Email:

Stefanski worked as a summer clerk at the Central Regional Office of the
